6 Rhinoplasty with Dermal Graft Before and After Photos

Patient had a silicone implant placed in the nose by another surgeon.  The implant caused the skin at the nasal tip to become very thin and started extruding out.  The nasal silicone implant was removed and the bridge and tip was augmented with a dermal fat graft obtained from her abdomen.
