5 YC Breast Implant Exchange – Breast Revision Before and After Photos

This patient developed a Grade IV capsular contracture after a breast augmentation with saline implants by another plastic surgeon.  She underwent a capsulectomy in both breasts and an implant exchange with textured moderate plus 450 cc silicone implants.
