Patient is a 30 year old female who had a breast augmentation through her belly button (TUBA) 2 years prior by another plastic surgeon who had bottoming out of her left breast. She had naturally outward pointing nipples however her left nipple rotated upwards when her implant dropped. The implant position was raised on the left breast by resetting her breast fold with sutures placed at the bottom of her breast pocket.
